Halibut Fillet

The wild caught Halibut comes from the deep cold water of Greenland.  The Halibut is a lean, sweet, delicate in flavour with perfectly firm texture and pure snow-white flesh. It will hold its shape and texture whether baked, broiled, grilled, poached or steamed, and its flavor works equally well with bold sauces or simple spritz of lemon.

Each skinless fillet weighs approximately 500g and is vacuumed packed.  Suitable for 2 -3 pax.
