Tuna Steak 

Tuna steaks are cut from the loin of the fish and are translucent pink or red colour. They are very lean with very little fat. Low in calories and packed with minerals, nutrients and omega-3 fatty acids. It has a silky texture and a savoury, clean flavour that isn’t at all “fishy”. This wild caught Yellowfin tuna steak is approx 150g. Sear the tuna steak on a hot skillet and pair it with your favourite side dish/sauce! Yum!
