Tuna Steak 

Tuna steaks are cut from the loin of the fish and are translucent pink or red colour. They are very lean with very little fat. Low in calories and packed with minerals, nutrients and omega-3 fatty acids. It has a silky texture and a savoury, clean flavour that isn’t at all “fishy”. This wild caught Yellowfin tuna steak is of size 400g-500g and can be further portioned. Sear the tuna steak on a hot skillet and pair it with your favourite side dish/sauce!
