Chef’s recommendation on how to cook this juicy chicken leg:
1. In pan / grill over high heat add a dash of cooking oil. Pan sear each side for 1-2 min each.
2. When the chicken is nicely caramelized, transfer to an oven preheated at 200 degrees celsius and allow to roast for 6-8 min. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 mins before serving.
